With your keen eye, you operate the installations, making adjustments where necessary and ensuring that each batch is prepared exactly to specification. You manage the correct doses of milk, lactic acid and rennet, in the perfect order, so that our grated cheese is always top quality. Meanwhile, you carry out first-line maintenance, make targeted inspection rounds and record process and product data, malfunctions and repairs in the maintenance system. You are also indispensable when it comes to hygiene: you clean installations, piping and your working environment systematically, using automated cleaning systems and manually where necessary. In short: you ensure that the process runs, the quality is right and the grated cheese comes off the line perfectly!
