LVA Service was founded on the belief that the staffing world could be more personal and people-oriented. Founder Vlatko Lazic worked for years in the industry as an account manager. In those years, he saw where it often went wrong: too little attention for people, too much focus on figures. Whereas listening well, switching gears quickly and sincere commitment make the difference.

That’s the philosophy behind the founding of LVA Service. We’re an employment agency that does things differently. Not a distant organisation with complicated processes, but a close-knit team that’s always on hand — seven days a week. We really listen, think alongside you and solve problems straight away. Whether it’s an urgent request, a long-term project or an employee who needs extra support: we’re here for you.

Our colleagues are self-employed and all have the same goal: satisfied customers and happy employees. We believe that strong cooperation starts with trust, clear communication and the feeling that you are heard. Therefore, with us, every client and employee has one permanent point of contact.

LVA Service operates in logistics, manufacturing, green space, engineering and construction. In each sector, we deploy people who fit the culture of the company and do their work with pride. This is how we build long-term relationships and lasting partnerships.

We don't want to be the biggest, but we do want to be the most reliable. A partner who stands beside you, thinks with you and is always available. That is what LVA Service stands for.
