What will you do?

As a work leader in Eindhoven, you will work together with eight colleagues. As work leader, you are responsible for daily management. You coordinate the work and the inflow and outflow and take care of the administrative processing. In this role, you will be supervised by the team leader. You will not only learn about the production process, but also about leadership, administration and all other aspects of the site. The good supervision of the team leader gives you room to grow in your role as work leader. Even if you do not yet meet all the requirements, but you have the ambition to learn, we would like to motivate you to apply.

- You work in the production process

- You make sure everyone is in the right place and complies with safety and other regulations

- You conduct and administer interviews with employees regarding absence or leave of absence

- You coordinate the daily planning with the team leader

- Together with your team, you ensure that the set goals are achieved

- You perform quality controls on textile flows or other legal obligations (ARBO, KAM ed)

- You will replace the team leader in case of absence

Communication skills to motivate different groups of employees and speak to customers

You speak Dutch and English

Administrative skills to keep papers and records in order

You ensure order, cleanliness and safety

Energy to work in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment

Own home and transport to business
