From our production site in De Meern, we work every day with an enthusiastic team to produce, package and dispatch our products. Due to our growth, we are looking for new colleagues who want to develop into true all-rounders within our factory.

About the role

As an All-round Production Worker, you’ll take on a varied role within our factory. You’ll start with a comprehensive induction programme, during which you’ll learn about every aspect of the production process, step by step. The aim is for you to eventually become versatile and able to carry out a range of tasks, from operating machinery to packing and processing products.

You’ll start on the day shift at 8.00 am to 4.45 pm. As you gain more experience and become increasingly able to carry out tasks independently, you will also be assigned to the evening shift at 2.30 pm to 10.45 pm. That is why we are looking for someone who is flexible and does not mind working varying shifts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys continuous learning. We are looking for a bright, keen-to-learn employee who quickly grasps new processes and wants to develop into a true all-rounder within our factory. No two days are the same: one day you’ll be operating machinery as an operator, the next you’ll be helping with product packaging or working in another department within the production process.

It is also important that you are physically fit, as the work regularly involves physical exertion.
