Junior team leader - Mijdrecht

What will you do?

You will work in a two-shift operation on one of our 10 production lines. As Junior Team Leader, you ensure an optimal production process by properly converting the line, setting it up and instructing the production employees on the line. During operation, you ensure that our customers' products always meet the quality requirements by carrying out checks and controls. In addition, you ensure that the line achieves the intended output. You know how to detect and solve the cause of first-degree failures in the production line. Suggestions for improvements to prevent these failures are also welcome; input is always welcome! This is how we work together every day on safety, quality and quantity.

- Conversion, setting and running of the production line

- Monitor and control quality requirements

- First-degree troubleshooting and suggesting improvements to the Shiftleader/Production Manager

- Managing the production staff

- Optional: training production workers to become Junior Team Leaders

What do we expect from you?

Minimum experience as an operator

Knowledge of and interest in mechanical and electrical faults

Dutch and English

Willing to work two shifts (05:45 - 15:00 / 14:45 - 23:15)

What do we offer you?

Hourly wage of €15.00 - €18.00
