For this lovely nursery, we are looking for a lady to put the finishing touches on orders, she ensures that orders are checked and prepared correctly.

What will you do?

Your previous education is not important, nor is whether or not you have experience in working with (perennial) plants. You are also very welcome as a school leaver or BBL student! The most important thing for us is that you are motivated and want to make an effort to learn the work as soon as possible. What you will be doing at our nursery is very broad. Such as plant care at the nursery, helping with picking and beating the plants, but also preparing orders for dispatch in the shed. And in time, we might add managing some colleagues while carrying out the work. The physical work does require a reasonable level of fitness (or you will build up such a condition with us), and a minimum height of 1.65 m is important for loading the carts/pallets.

- Placing cards on plants before they go to the customer

- Collecting and preparing orders

- Checking numbers and quality of plants

- Cleaning the workplace and work environment

- Assist with other work in the nursery

What do we expect from you?

You work accurately and have an eye for quality

You can work independently, but also work well in a team

You are motivated and have an active working attitude

You are physically able to do standing work

You work in a neat and structured way

You speak English and or Polish/Ukrainian

You have your own living quarters and own transport

Hourly wage of €14.71
