Cheese factory - Operator - Bodegraven/Oudewater

What will you do?

As an Operator, you will be responsible for one of our advanced production lines. You will work in a dynamic team, together with production staff. You ensure that the production line runs smoothly by operating, adjusting and converting the computer-controlled grating and packaging machines. You are constantly working to make production more efficient and resolve minor malfunctions. You are also responsible for complying with quality and safety regulations and ensuring that your workplace is tidy and safe.

- Supervising and directing the production line and employees

- Ensuring quality and achieving the production standard

- Troubleshooting and continuously improving the production line

- Following safety rules and keeping the workplace clean

- Delivery of materials and raw materials

What do we expect from you?

Own transport and accommodation

Flexibility to work in shifts

A positive and inquisitive attitude

Technical insight and a proactive attitude

Interest in both people and technology

Experience in a food company with automated lines such as a multipond is a plus

You have a good command of the Dutch language

An All-round Operator A/B or Vapro A/B diploma is an advantage, but not required

You have an eye for quality and safety

A market-based hourly wage between €15.00 and €17.00, depending on experience

Weekly payments

Working in shifts: 06:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 00:00

Opportunity to take training courses during working hours and grow into, for example, All-round Operator
