Customer service representative - Oude Meer

Our client is a global logistics company specialising in express transport, e-commerce logistics, air and sea freight. From their Oude Meer location, they support customers around the world with efficient and reliable logistics solutions.

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You ensure an excellent customer experience by answering questions, tracking shipments and providing appropriate solutions to logistical challenges.

- Answering customer queries via phone and email.

- Informing customers about shipments, delivery times and any delays.

- Processing and checking orders.

- Identify and resolve issues around transport and deliveries.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Warehouse and Transport.

- Administrative processing of customer data and customer contacts.

- Monitor service levels and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

Light experience in a similar position

Good command of Dutch and English.

Own housing and transport to work

Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.

Good communication skills.

Stress-resistant and accurate.

Hourly wage €15.00 - 16.50 (Depending on experience)
